Bernal wants to construct after serious studies parking lots in strategic areas around the city.
Vallarino’s solution is to build car park complexes on municipal land.
Velasquez plans to give tax incentives to those companies that will open private parking lots, where drivers could park at a cost.
The ideal solution might be to combine the three ideas.
